Effective date: January 1, 2026 Welcome to WorkNest, a SaaS human resources platform owned and operated by AstreCode. These Terms & Conditions govern access to WorkNest websites, tenant workspaces, mobile applications, APIs, and related services. 1. Service scope WorkNest provides digital tools for HR administration, employee profiles, attendance, shifts, leaves, payroll preparation, requests and workflows, recruitment, assets, reporting, notifications, and subscription management. Features available to each customer depend on the selected subscription package, enabled modules, and configuration. 2. Account registration Customers must provide accurate organization, billing, administrator, branch, and contact information. The customer is responsible for all activity under its tenant, administrator accounts, employee accounts, and invited user accounts. 3. Authorized use Users may use WorkNest only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with company policies, employment laws, privacy laws, and applicable regulations. Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, or use WorkNest to process unlawful or unauthorized data. 4. Customer data The customer owns its business and employee data. WorkNest processes that data only to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and the customer configuration. 5. Subscriptions and billing Subscription fees, included users, additional-user prices, billing cycle, currency, and market rules are shown during registration or in the customer agreement. Fees may be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or according to the selected plan. Access may be restricted for unpaid, expired, suspended, or cancelled subscriptions. 6. Payments Local Egyptian payments may be processed through supported local payment providers. International payments may be processed through supported international providers, including PayPal where available. Payment availability can differ by country, account status, market, and provider restrictions. 7. Implementation and configuration Customers are responsible for reviewing HR rules, attendance rules, leave types, payroll configuration, workflow routing, roles, permissions, and approval settings before using them operationally. WorkNest provides software configuration tools and does not replace legal, tax, payroll, or employment advice. 8. Availability and maintenance WorkNest aims to provide stable service access, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting providers, network issues, third-party integrations, payment providers, security incidents, or force majeure events. 9. Third-party services WorkNest may integrate with payment gateways, email providers, SMS providers, push notification services, map services, cloud hosting, analytics, and other external systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. 10. Intellectual property WorkNest, AstreCode, platform designs, source code, workflows, product names, logos, documentation, and service content are protected intellectual property. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription. 11. Suspension and termination WorkNest may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance, service abuse, or breach of these terms. Customers may request cancellation according to their subscription terms. 12. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkNest and AstreCode are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss caused by incorrect customer configuration, unauthorized account use, or third-party service failure. 13. Updates to these terms WorkNest may update these Terms & Conditions when the service, legal requirements, pricing, or operating model changes. Updated terms will be published on this page. 14.
